During any breast cancer awareness event, one of the iconic items is the pink ribbon. Many accredited organizations have adopted such an item, and people seem to like it to be displayed to express their support subtly. Since you will be promoting a breast cancer awareness seminar/workshop, making it one of your giveaway items is a no-brainer. 

You can also add customized t-shirts or caps. Make it more expressive and creative. You can use free online tools like PosterMyWall to help you design your merchandise. Decide whether they need to purchase the merchandise separately or if they will be add-ons if one attends the seminar/workshop. Choose whatever fits the budget and the better approach.
