The Whoville series is about an eccentric group of creatures who live in a magical city where Santa Claus lives. While the mayor of Whoville is unknown, the other characters have a distinctly human aspect. Originally, the Whos were a group of buddies who argued about whether or not Santa Claus actually exists. Hence, the town was created as a place where Santa Claus lived, but in a completely fictional way. Despite the fact that the Mayor of Whoville has disappeared, his creation has survived and the rest of the characters have gone on to create an alternative reality where Santa Claus actually exists.
The Whoville characters feature human features combined with dog characteristics. The first appearance of Whoville characters was in Dr. Seuss’ “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” and “Horton Hears a Who” in 1954. These characters have also appeared in major motion pictures based on the Dr. Seuss books. These films show different versions of the characters. The Whoville series has been adapted into many different forms over the years.
Several popular versions of the Whoville series have had successful live-action adaptations. The Grinch and the Mayor of Whoville are just two examples. In Horton Hears a Who, the mayor has 96 daughters, while in How the Grinch Stole Christmas, the mayor has only one son. In the live-action adaptation of the book, Martha May Whovier was portrayed by Christine Baranski. Similarly, Steve Carell voices the Mayor of Whoville in the animated movie Horton Hears a Who.
The Grinch is a notoriously unpleasant character. With his wicked temper, depressed judgment, and small heart, he always looks to ruin something. Whoville is a fictional town, sometimes spelled as Who-ville. The characters in the series include the Grinch, Cindy Lou Who, Max the dog, the mayor of Whoville, and the Grinch’s wife and grandpa. And of course, the Grinch himself.
Whoville is an extremely popular animated movie that has great critics score and storyline as well. Its characters and animation quality are best too. Now, I have personally watched the movie many times, and I loved it.
